Welcome
The Art & Design Booking System provides a portal where you can book spaces, items and workshops that are available to you. You will also be able to view the bookings made through UNSW Central Booking system here.
Please note this system does not replace the current Loans system where you can borrow items.
Tips for using this system
- To view your bookings, click on My Bookings in the following menu
- To make customisation to your booking system view, click on My Settings
- To view list of all configuration items available for booking, click on Items Catalogue
- To go back to the calendar view click on Calendar in any page
- To turn off the welcome message, click on My Settings
Please note:
- To make bookings you need to be in the day view or week view of a specific item or in the day view of all items in a selected category
